Cloud shoes ship to all countries. Orders placed after 12pm ET will begin processing the following business day. Orders typically take 3-9 business days to arrive at your door (within North America). Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday during regular business hours. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

Free Shipping

Cloud Footwear offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders within North America. This includes 48 contiguous states and Canada, excluding the territories.

Flat Rate Shipping

A flat rate shipping fee applies for all orders to be shipped to non-contiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii), Armed Forces or military addresses (AA, AE, AP), the territories in Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon), as well as all International orders outside North America. 

Countries Within EU

As of July 1, 2021, we are no longer able to ship directly to countries within the EU due to new restrictions in place that would result in high costs for our customers. However, if you are in this area and would still like to order form us, we are able to make exceptions and will help you out the best we can.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. This email will include your order and tracking number.

Hassle-free Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can easily return your item for a small return fee of just $3.25. This fee must be paid at checkout when you make your purchase. This fee covers shipping and processing to ensure a hassle-free experience for you. If you elect to not pay the fee at checkout, any return requested will incur a fee of $17.

  • Print your pre-paid return label.
  • Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue your refund promptly.

    Holiday Season Shipping

    We guarantee delivery within North America (48 contiguous states and Canada) by December 24 for any order placed prior to 12 pm EST on December 12. If expedited/express shipping required, please contact us at our toll-free number 1 (888) 656-7727. With UPS Expedited, your order is guaranteed to arrive in two business days within 48 contiguous states and Canada.
